The Process

From first conversation to finished monument.

Five steps, in roughly this order. Every family is a little different.

1. 1

   Consultation

   We sit down with you, either in person, on the phone, or over email, and talk about the person being remembered, what the family wants the monument to say, and which cemetery it will live in. No charge, no obligation.

2. 2

   Design

   We prepare a design proof showing stone shape, size, lettering, and any emblems or etchings. You can ask for changes until it is right.

3. 3

   Approval

   Once you are satisfied with the proof, you sign off. We also handle any approvals the cemetery requires.

4. 4

   Production

   The stone is cut, polished, and lettered in our shop. Cremation markers and standard monuments typically take several weeks; larger family monuments may take longer.

5. 5

   Installation

   We set the monument in the cemetery ourselves, on the correct foundation, at the correct depth. We do not sub-contract installation.
